Hi, I’m Jen

I’ve been coaching since 2013, working with smart, capable people who want more clarity, confidence, and alignment in their work. Most of my clients are successful on paper, but quietly wondering if they’re on the right track. They’re questioning what’s next, feeling restless or stuck, or sensing it’s time to grow and learn new skills.

I work as both a career coach and an executive coach. Sometimes that means helping someone get clear about direction and make a shift toward work that feels more purposeful. Other times it means helping a leader understand their natural style, address what isn’t working, and experiment with new skills. Either way, the work

is grounded in self-awareness and real-world practice.style is non-judgmental, honest, and supportive, with a good dose of playfulness. I’ll meet you where you are, ask the questions that matter, and challenge you when it counts.
