Practical development for people and the teams they’re part of

Organizations want engaged, capable employees who take ownership, communicate well, and work together effectively. Employees want to feel valued, supported, and given opportunities to grow. My workshops are designed to meet both needs. I partner with organizations to offer practical, engaging training focused on self-awareness, personal responsibility, communications, and leadership. The goal is simple: to help people work better—individually and together—while contributing to healthy, functional cultures.

At the heart of my work is self-awareness. When people understand themselves more clearly, they also understand others better. Communication improves, personal responsibility increases, and leadership becomes more effective—whether or not someone has a formal management title.

Through training, participants build awareness, develop practical communication and leadership skills, and strengthen their ability to work well with others. Sessions are interactive, thoughtful, and immediately usable. People don’t just hear ideas—they practice skills, reflect together, and leave with tools they can apply right away.

Below are examples of popular three-hour workshops. Customized sessions are also available.

For this workshop, participants complete the Keirsey Temperament Sorter and receive a detailed report describing their natural tendencies, communication and action styles, motivators, strengths, and stress points. During the session, we explore all four temperaments and how they show up at work.

Participants gain language to talk about differences without making them personal, and teams develop a shared understanding of how different styles contribute to the team and add value. The Keirsey framework helps normalize differences and supports stronger collaboration and communication.

Effective leadership depends on how well people listen, communicate, and follow through—not just on what they know. This workshop explores the difference between management and leadership and focuses on the core communication skills that support both.

Participants practice listening, asking empowering questions, giving and receiving feedback, and delegating effectively. The emphasis is on real-world application, helping people communicate more clearly, build trust, and lead with greater intention.

When people understand their values—what matters most to them—they gain a powerful foundation for decision-making, engagement, and leadership. In this workshop, participants identify their personal values and explore how those values align with the organization’s values and culture.

We also look at the relationship skills that support personal leadership at work, including taking 100% responsibility, recognizing triggers, setting boundaries, and navigating common interpersonal dynamics. This session helps people lead themselves more effectively, strengthen working relationships, and sustain their energy and engagement.

If you don’t see what you’re looking for here, I’m happy to design a workshop that fits your team’s needs.

Every engagement begins with a conversation. We’ll talk about what’s happening on your team and what you’re hoping to strengthen, and I’ll recommend workshop options that fit your goals and the real challenges your people are facing. If it’s a good fit, we’ll decide together on next steps.
