Feeling ready for a change, but unclear about what’s next?
I get it.
I spent a decade in a career that didn’t fit. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted next, but I knew I couldn’t keep doing what I was doing. I remember not wanting to get out of bed one more day to go to work. I eventually made a change when my discomfort outweighed my fear. But I also knew there had to be a better way to make career decisions—one that didn’t require burnout or desperation to force clarity.
There is.
Career clarity doesn’t come from pressure or guesswork. It comes from self-understanding, intentional exploration, and taking small, significant actions. That’s the process I use with my clients.
Who I Work With
I work with high-performing professionals who are considering a career change or meaningful shift in their work. They’re thoughtful, capable people who want clarity before they make a move—and who care deeply about alignment between their work, values, and life.
They want work that feels purposeful, energizing, and sustainable, and they’re willing to slow down, reflect, and explore in order to get there.
How I Work
I work one-on-one and with small groups to help people gain clarity, build confidence, and move toward work that feels purposeful and aligned.
